Toolbar
The toolbar provides quick access to the most frequently used functions and commands.
It typically contains graphical icons, and less frequently letters or numbers. The icons shown below represent the available commands together with a brief description of their functions.
1. Opens the sorting menu (for example, for sorting personnel or resource units).
2. Switches the graphical chart to the mode where each flight (or flight pair) is displayed on a separate row.
3. Switches the graphical chart to compact mode, where the number of rows equals the maximum number of flights handled simultaneously.
4. Opens the automatic resource (personnel) assignment settings dialog. Clicking the arrow next to the button displays a menu for assigning or clearing resource assignments.
5. Sets the horizontal time scale to a 1:1 zoom ratio.
6. Sets the horizontal time scale to a 1:2 zoom ratio (the timeline is reduced by half).
7. Sets the horizontal time scale to a 1:8 zoom ratio (the timeline is reduced eightfold).
8. Opens the period selection dialog.
9. Sets portrait page orientation for printing.
10. Sets landscape page orientation for printing.
11. Opens Print Preview.
12. Prints the current view.
13. Refreshes the displayed data.
14. Opens the dialog for configuring additional information displayed on the graphical chart (events, orders, restrictions).
15. Opens the information filtering dialog.
16. Opens the dialog for configuring the information displayed for a flight or maintenance task.
17. Opens the file selection dialog.
18. Changes the size of map icons. When the button is pressed, large icons are displayed.
19. Toggles the display of aircraft stand boundaries.

23. Starts the map image calibration tool using rectangular projection coordinates.
24. Starts the map image calibration tool using stereographic projection coordinates.
25. Starts the map image calibration tool using proportional projection coordinates.

27. Toggles the display of airports on the map.
28. Toggles the display of cities on the map.
29. Toggles the display of information for aircraft in motion.
30. Toggles the display of information for transit aircraft.
31. Toggles the display of information for aircraft parked at stands.
32. Toggles the display of delay information.
33. Toggles the display of both arrivals and departures at the base airport.
34. Toggles the display of departures at the base airport.
35. Toggles the display of arrivals at the base airport.
36. Toggles the display of aircraft movement.
37. Zooms out the map.
38. Zooms in the map.
39. Toggles the display of scheduled time information.
40. Reduces the vertical scale by half.
41. Sets the vertical scale to a 1:1 ratio.
42. Increases the vertical scale by 50%.
43. Saves the changes made.
44. Allows editing of the consumed amount of resources or personnel.
45. Toggles the “Show preparation time before/after a ground handling operation” mode.
