General view of the ATB module

General view of the ATB section

1 Section Name

2 System Menu

Contains commands for managing the application window.

3 Section Menu Bar

Card Files

The menu contains commands for opening working forms used by enterprise departments for day-to-day operations. The most frequently used forms are also available on the Quick Launch Toolbar as graphical buttons for quick access.

  • [Sign out] – restarts this section of the JetXBit Information System under a different user account.
  • [Exit] – closes this section of the application.

Directories

The reference and master data in the JetXBit system forms the core of the organization's unified information space and includes directories, dictionaries, classifiers, standards, and regulations used in day-to-day operations.

The most frequently used directories are available on the Quick Launch Toolbar as graphical icons for convenient access. Access to directories is controlled by the assigned permissions.

Each directory contains different types of information. Some directories consist of simple single-level lists of attributes (such as flight categories, delay types, passenger types, etc.), while others contain interconnected definitions and attributes. For example, the Airports directory may initially appear to be a simple list of airports, but each airport record includes additional components such as operating regulations, terminals, runways, and other related information.

Most directories are grouped by subject area. Some directories use ICAO and IATA codes.

Reports

The Reports menu contains categories for generating different types of reports using the built-in report designers. To simplify report creation, the Aviabit information system allows users to configure templates for frequently used reports. Created templates can be saved and reused. If at least one report template exists, the system first prompts the user to select an existing template from the Report Template Selection window before opening the report designer. If the required template is not available, it can be created as needed.

All reports are exported to Microsoft Excel, where they can be further edited using standard Microsoft Excel features.

  • [View ►] – opens the settings submenu.
  • [Messages ►] – opens the messaging system configuration submenu.

  • [Data Export ►] – opens the submenu for exporting selected information from the Aviabit system to external sources.
  • [Data Import ►] – opens the submenu for importing selected information from external systems into the Aviabit system.
