Card Files

The menu contains commands for opening operational forms used by different airport departments. The most frequently used forms are also available on the Quick Launch Toolbar as graphical buttons for quick access.

  • [Daily Handling Plan] – opens the Daily Handling Plan view, primarily intended for operational airport activities.
  • [Signal Board] – opens the Information Board form, which represents the daily flight plan with a graphical display of the technological service schedule execution by flight.
  • [Graphic Panels ►] – opens the submenu containing graphical views.
  • [Schedule] – opens the Flight Schedule view.

  • [Sign out] – restarts the current JetXBit Information System module under a different user account.
  • [Exit] – closes the current module.

Directory

The Directory in JetXBit serves as the core of the organization's unified information environment. It includes directories, dictionaries, classifiers, standards, and regulations used throughout the organization's operations.

The most frequently used directories are available on the Quick Launch Toolbar as graphical icons for quick access. Access to directories is controlled by the assigned permissions.

Each directory contains a specific type of information. Some directories consist of simple single-level reference lists (such as flight categories, delay types, passenger types, etc.), while others contain interconnected definitions and attributes. For example, the Airports directory appears to be a simple list of airports, but each airport record also includes additional components such as operating procedures, terminals, runways, and more.

Most directories are organized into thematic groups. Some directories use ICAO and IATA coding standards.

Reports

The Reports menu contains report categories that can be generated using the built-in report designers. To simplify report creation, JetXBit allows you to create templates for frequently used reports.

Saved report templates can be reused later. If at least one report template exists, the system first displays the Report Template Selection window before opening the report designer. If the required template is not available, a new one can be created.

All reports are exported to Microsoft Excel, where they can be further modified using standard Microsoft Excel features.

  • [Schedule ►] – opens the corresponding reports submenu. Reports in this category are generated based on the current operational schedule and schedule variants.
  • [Daily Plans ►] – opens the corresponding reports submenu. Reports in this category are generated based on the current Daily Flight Plan.
  • [Payment Reports ►] – opens the submenu used to generate reports based on the Charge Types, Tariffs, and Prices and Chargeable Service Tariffs directories, as well as completed airport service Acts.
  • [Other Reports] – opens the Report Selection window. This window displays a list of custom reports created upon user request. Access to these reports is granted by the system administrator.

Service

  • [Settings] – allows users to configure software modules on the user's computer and provides several configuration tabs.
  • [View ►] – opens the settings submenu.
  • [Information Panels ►] – opens the submenu for selecting the required information panels.
  • [Messages ►] – opens the messaging system settings submenu.

Windows

  • [Windows ►] – contains a submenu of currently open application windows.

Help

  • [Online Help] – opens the user guide for the JetXBit Information System, which is also available at http://www.aviabit.ru.
  • [Contents]
  • [About] – opens general information about the information system and its License. A new license is installed by loading a new license file into the system.
