Information System "Airline Planning"
The JetXBit Airline Information System is an integrated solution covering the key management areas of an airline enterprise. It enables a unified information environment for managing different aspects of the airline’s operations:
- flight operations management;
- resource management;
- personnel management;
- finance management.
The Airline Information System is designed to meet the needs of aviation enterprises involved in passenger and cargo transportation. The initial definition of all production information components, on the one hand, and the definition of all relationships between these components, on the other hand, make it possible to effectively solve the following tasks:
- ensuring high-quality flight preparation;
- efficient use of available resources, both human and material;
- timely performance of preventive actions;
- maintaining the minimum required number of administrative and support personnel;
- improving flight safety;
- reducing production costs and expenses.
The system was developed with due regard to the requirements of regulatory documents governing the activities of civil aviation operators.

Directory
Directory in the JetXBit system is the core of the enterprise’s unified information environment. It includes a set of directories, dictionaries, classifiers, standards, and regulations used in the enterprise’s activities.
The most frequently used directories are placed on the Toolbar for quick launch as graphical icons with direct access. Access to directories depends on the assigned permissions.
Each directory contains different types of information. Some directories are simple single-level sets of attributes, such as flight categories, delay types, passenger types, etc. Other directories consist of interconnected definitions and attributes. For example, the Airports directory may initially look like a list of airports, but for each airport the system allows entering additional attributes, or components, such as regulations, terminals, runways, etc.
Most directories are grouped into thematic blocks. Some directories use ICAO1) and IATA2) parameter coding.

Reports
The Reports menu items define topics for generating different types of reports using built-in report designers. To simplify report design, the JetXBit information system allows users to configure templates for frequently used reports. Created templates can be saved and reused later.
Once at least one report template has been created, the system first prompts the user to select an existing report template from the list in the Report Template Selection window before opening the report designer. If the required report is not available in the list of templates, it can be created when needed.
All reports are exported in the corresponding formats to Microsoft Excel, where additional adjustments can be made using standard Microsoft Excel functions.
[Schedule ►]– opens a submenu with the corresponding reports. This menu item is used to generate reports based on the existing actual schedule and aircraft movement schedule variants.[Daily Flight Plans ►]– opens a submenu with the corresponding reports. This menu item is used to generate reports based on the existing aircraft daily flight plan.[Operational Status]– opens the operational status view.[Other Reports]– opens the Report Selection window. It displays a register of other reports created individually upon user request. Access to these reports is granted by the system administrator.
