Filtering tool for user access to forms

Filter (F2) in the User groups area

Filtering tool for the User groups area. Opens the User group filtering parameters by forms window.

User group filtering parameters by forms

The filtering controls allow you to modify the selection used to assign access permissions in the User Groups pane. By default, each filter element is set to All entries from the corresponding directory, but one or more entries can be selected. Each filter element can be either included in or excluded from the selection using the [ON] and [OFF] toggle buttons.

The filter buttons open a multiple-selection window for the corresponding directories, allowing you to select the required parameters used to build the desired selection:

  • [System section] – opens the IS sections directory to select the required system sections;
  • [Form] – opens the Form Codifier to select the required forms;
  • [User] – opens the Users directory to select the required users whose groups will be displayed;
  • Permissions – the selector for this parameter group defines the required permission status.
    All – selects all forms regardless of assigned permissions;
    Yes – selects forms with the specified permission granted;
    No – selects forms without the specified permission:
    • View – permission to view the form only;
    • Add – permission to enter data into the form;
    • Edit – permission to edit data in the form;
    • Remove – permission to delete data from the form.
  • Working tools:
    • [Cancel (Esc)] – closes the window.
    • [(S)Save] – saves the current filter template for future use.
    • [Load] – loads a previously saved filter template.
    • [Filter (Ctrl+Enter)] – runs the configured filter.
