Flight Task Attachments Area
The Flight Task Attachments area displays detailed information for each stage of operation of all flight legs with the ability to enter documents attached to flight tasks (Load Sheets, POL requisitions, Form “C” or “A” acts, etc.). Each flight leg from the Flight Task Spread area is displayed in this area by three records: departure, flight, and arrival.
The table fields display general information on the processing of flight task attachments:
- Left field – performs various functions:
[ … ]– button in the field header used to modify the table layout of this area. Left-clicking opens the Select Table Columns window to configure the desired display.- right clicking the field in the selected leg row opens the change history window in Flight Task Processing if this functionality is enabled for the client company.
- Icons – symbolic visualization of the FT attachment processing status by corresponding components:
- empty – processing has not started,
- Not Ready – indication of FT attachment processing in progress (records can be edited). If the user has permission for the
[Status(F5)]tool, right clicking the icon sets the ready flag - Ready – indication of completed FT attachment processing (records are locked – editing is unavailable). If the user has permission for the
[Status(F5)]tool, right-clicking the icon clears the ready flag.Pax– transported passengers;Cargo– transported cargo;Fuel– aircraft refuelling with aviation fuel;POL– aircraft servicing with other POL;Gas– aircraft gas servicing;Payment– chargeable service acts;
Flight– one of the airline aviation codes and the flight number;Date– flight operation date in dd.mm format (source –Arrival/Departure at Base Airportfield in the flight edit dialog in DFP);Status– visualization of flight operation;- In Flight – flight in progress;
- Completed – flight completed/service completed;
- Cancelled – flight cancellation at the base airport or Cancelled Outside Base at non-base airport;
Number– numbering of each stage of flight leg operation;1– departure airport;1-2– flight on the first leg;2– arrival airport and subsequent departure airport if the flight continues;2-3– flight on the second leg;3– arrival airport and subsequent departure airport if the flight continues;- etc. up to the final arrival airport;
Type– symbolic visualization of a specific stage of flight leg operation;- Departure – first stage of leg operation – departure airport;
- Flight – second stage of leg operation – flight;
- Arrival – third stage of leg operation – final arrival airport or Arrival-Departure – arrival airport and subsequent departure airport if the flight continues;
Leg– names of airports serving the flight and routes of flight legs. Depending on the display settings, airport names correspond to the selected route display format. This setting is configured on the Plans Settings tab (Service → System Settings → Plans Settings → Route output format). Airport names correspond to the following fields from the Airports directory (Directory → Airports and Routes → Airports):- full format
SAMARA (Kurumoch)-ST.PETERSBURG (Pulkovo)– corresponds to theAirportfield of the directory; - abbreviated format
SKC-PLK– corresponds to theCodefield of the directory; - ICAO format
UWWW-ULLI– corresponds to theICAOfield of the directory; - IATA format
KUF-LED– corresponds to theIATAfield of the directory.
Km– flight leg distance in kilometers. Displays the distance entered in the first component of completed FTs 1.General Flight Hours Data for Flight Leg;Flight Task– informative field displaying the FT number and (generation date);Departure– actual departure date and time for each airport along the route in dd.mm and hh:mm formats;AC Departure– AC registration;Arrival– actual arrival date and time for each airport along the route in dd.mm and hh:mm formats;AC Arrival– AC registration.
The ! symbol indicates that the information should be verified or that attention should be paid to the specified element.
Search (F3)
Tool for quick search within this view area. Opens the Search Flight Task window for entering FT search parameters.
The following editable fields are entered manually:
Flight Number– number of the required flight;Flight Date– date of the required flight in dd.mm.yy format;FT Number– number of the required FT;[Find (Ctrl+Enter)]– button starts the search process;[Next (F3)]– button continues the search process if the found record is not the required one;
[Cancel (Esc)]– button closes the window.
(S) Status (F5)
Tool for setting processing statuses of documents attached to FTs for a specific airport/flight leg. Active if the user has permission. Opens the Select Operation Mode dialog window for posting processed information to the corresponding journals or removing posted information from them. Depending on the document readiness status, the tool names change accordingly and perform the actions indicated in their names.
The informative panel of the dialog window displays information on the selected flight leg.
The element buttons perform the following actions:
[1.Set passenger ready flag? / Clear flag…]– adds (removes) information to passenger journals in the Load Sheet;[2.Set load ready flag? / Clear flag…]– adds (removes) information to load journals in the Load Sheet;[3.Set jet fuel servicing ready flag? / Clear flag…]– adds (removes) information to the fuel journal Jet Fuel and Additives (IS Airline Finance → Registers → References for Chargeable Services → Jet Fuel);[4.Set POL servicing ready flag? / Clear flag…]– adds (removes) information to the journal for other POL Services (IS Airline Finance → Registers → References for Chargeable Services → POL Services);[5.Set gas servicing ready flag? / Clear flag…]– adds (removes) information to the Gas (IS Airline Finance → Registers → References for Chargeable Services → Gas Servicing) journal;[6.Set airport payment act ready flag? / Clear flag…]– adds (removes) information to journals for chargeable services Service Payments (Information System 'Airline Finance' → Registers → References for Chargeable Services);
[Cancel (Esc)]– button closes the window.
In combination with the [Shift] key, opens the Select Operation Mode dialog window for posting processed information to the corresponding journals or removing posted information from them for all rows in the current selection.
Select (Enter)
Selection tool. Opens the Completed Services Information (References) and Payment component dialog for the active row – the stage of flight leg operation, where detailed information about completed services for the selected flight leg at departure/arrival airports and along the flight route can be accessed.
An alternative way to use this tool is double-clicking any field in the flight leg row.
Additional Functions
The [Ctrl] + [F12] keyboard shortcut opens the additional functions dialog Select Operation Mode.
