Card Files

The menu contains commands for opening operational forms used by different airport departments. The most frequently used forms are also available on the Quick Launch Toolbar as graphical buttons for quick access.

Directory

The Directory in JetXBit serves as the core of the organization's unified information environment. It includes directories, dictionaries, classifiers, standards, and regulations used throughout the organization's operations.

The most frequently used directories are available on the Quick Launch Toolbar as graphical icons for quick access. Access to directories is controlled by the assigned permissions.

Each directory contains a specific type of information. Some directories consist of simple single-level reference lists (such as flight categories, delay types, passenger types, etc.), while others contain interconnected definitions and attributes. For example, the Airports directory appears to be a simple list of airports, but each airport record also includes additional components such as operating procedures, terminals, runways, and more.

Most directories are organized into thematic groups. Some directories use ICAO and IATA coding standards.

Reports

The Reports menu contains report categories that can be generated using the built-in report designers. To simplify report creation, JetXBit allows you to create templates for frequently used reports.

Saved report templates can be reused later. If at least one report template exists, the system first displays the Report Template Selection window before opening the report designer. If the required template is not available, a new one can be created.

All reports are exported to Microsoft Excel, where they can be further modified using standard Microsoft Excel features.
